  3. 2 tablespoons almond flour

Directions

  1. - Grate zucchini, squeeze out excess moisture, and mix with egg, almond flour, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. - Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat, drop 4 spoonfuls of mixture, and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
