  3. 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. - Pat chickpeas dry, then toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. - Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy, shaking halfway.
  4. - Serve 1/4 cup per portion cooled.
