  1. 1 cup edamame in pods (frozen or fresh)
  2. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  3. 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. - Bring a medium pot of water to a boil, add edamame, and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender, then drain.
  2. - In a mixing bowl, toss edamame with olive oil, chili flakes, and salt.
  3. - Serve 1/2 cup per portion warm.
