  1. 2 cans (4 oz each) sardines in olive oil, drained
  2. 4 cups kale, chopped
  3. 1 onion , chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. - Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add kale, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook for 5-7 minutes until wilted.
  2. - Add sardines and cook for 3-5 minutes until heated through, gently breaking them apart.
  3. - Serve 1 cup per portion warm.
