  2. 2 cups canned white beans, rinsed and drained
  3. 1 onion , chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  5. 1 teaspoon cumin
  6. - Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. - Toss broccoli, beans, and onion with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper; spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
  3. - Serve 1.5 cups per portion warm.
