  1. 1/2 cup sabudana (sago), soaked for 4 hours

  3. 1 tablespoon water

Directions

  1. - Drain soaked sabudana and mix with salt and water to form a dough.
  2. - Divide into 4 balls, roll each into thin rounds on a floured surface.
  3. - In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook each round for 1-2 minutes per side until crisp.
