  1. 1 green plantain, thinly sliced
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 avocado , mashed
  5. 1 teaspoon lime juice

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. - Toss plantain slices with olive oil and salt, spread on a baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy, flipping halfway.
  3. - In a mixing bowl, mash avocado with lime juice to make guacamole.
  4. - Serve 1/2 cup chips with 2 tablespoons guacamole per portion.
