Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Place eggs in a medium pot and cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cool eggs in ice water, peel, halve, and scoop out yolks into a small bowl.
- Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, then spoon back into egg whites.
- Serve 2 egg halves per portion.
Storage
