Ingredients

  1. 2 large eggs
  2. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  3. 1 teaspoon mustard
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Place eggs in a medium pot and cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Cool eggs in ice water, peel, halve, and scoop out yolks into a small bowl.
  3. Mix yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, then spoon back into egg whites.
  4. Serve 2 egg halves per portion.
