Ingredients

  1. 4 large eggs
  2. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  3. 1 teaspoon mustard
  4. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  5. Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, boil eggs for 10 minutes. Drain and cool under cold water.
  2. Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spoon yolk mixture back into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Serve chilled.
