Directions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, add onion, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add chicken livers, salt, and pepper, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  3. Blend the mixture in a blender or food processor until smooth.
