Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, egg, salt, and pepper, forming 6 meatballs.
  3. - Place meatballs on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
