  3. 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  4. 1 zucchini , sliced
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions

  1. - Preheat grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. - Thread turkey, bell peppers, and zucchini onto 8 skewers, alternating ingredients.
  3. - Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. - Grill for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until turkey is cooked through (165°F/74°C).
