Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups whole grain bread, cubed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sage

Directions
- - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add turkey, sage, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- - In a baking dish, mix turkey with bread cubes, pour broth over the top, drizzle with remaining oil, and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
