Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (bone-in, 6 oz each)
- 2 apples , peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions
- - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, season pork chops with salt and pepper; cook for 6-8 minutes per side until done (145°F/63°C).
- - In a saucepan, cook apples with remaining oil, cinnamon, and a splash of water over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until soft, then mash into applesauce.
