Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- - Add remaining oil and mushrooms, cook for 7-10 minutes until tender.
