  3. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

Directions

  1. - Preheat grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. - Season swordfish with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper; grill for 5-7 minutes per side until done (145°F/63°C).
  3. - In a bowl, mix tomatoes, onion, lime juice, remaining oil, salt, and pepper to make salsa.
