Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
- - Place beef tongue in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 hours until tender; remove, peel off outer skin, and let cool slightly.
- - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- - Season tongue with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; place in a roasting pan and roast for 45-60 minutes until browned.
