  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 egg
  3. 2 tablespoons almond flour
  4. 1 onion , chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 teaspoon thyme
  7. - Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. - In a bowl, mix beef, egg, almond flour, onion, thyme, salt, and pepper; shape into a loaf and place in a loaf pan, drizzle with olive oil.
  3. - Bake for 50-60 minutes until cooked through (160°F/71°C).
  4. - Slice and serve warm.
