  4. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. - Season ribs with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper; place in a roasting pan, cover with foil, and roast for 1.5-2 hours until tender; brush with BBQ sauce and roast uncovered for 15 minutes.
  3. - In a bowl, mix cabbage, mayonnaise, vinegar, remaining oil, salt, and pepper to make coleslaw.
  4. - Serve 2 ribs with 1 cup coleslaw per portion warm.
