  1. 2 cups water
  2. 2 tablespoons gelatin powder (plant-based for vegan)
  3. 1 cup mixed berries
  4. 1 cup diced mango

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, heat 1 cup water until warm, sprinkle gelatin over it, and let sit for 5 minutes; stir in remaining water until dissolved.
  2. Layer berries and mango in 4 glasses, pour gelatin mixture over each, and chill for 6 hours until set.
  3. Serve chilled.
