Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder (plant-based for vegan)
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 cup diced mango
Directions
- In a medium bowl, heat 1 cup water until warm, sprinkle gelatin over it, and let sit for 5 minutes; stir in remaining water until dissolved.
- Layer berries and mango in 4 glasses, pour gelatin mixture over each, and chill for 6 hours until set.
- Serve chilled.
