  3. 1 large egg
  4. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, then remove and set aside.
  2. - In the same skillet, add olive oil and zucchini noodles, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  3. - In a bowl, whisk egg, Parmesan, and black pepper, then add to the skillet with bacon, tossing quickly to coat noodles in a creamy sauce.
  4. - Divide into two bowls and serve warm.
