  1. 1 ripe avocado, pitted and scooped
  2. 2 cups spinach, fresh
  3. 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  4. 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional topping)
  5. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine avocado, spinach, almond milk, and lemon juice, blending until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Pour into two bowls.
  3. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds if desired, and serve fresh.
