  1. 1 lb ground turkey
  2. 1 egg
  3. 2 tablespoons almond flour
  4. 4 cups cauliflower florets

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. - In a bowl, mix turkey, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; form into 16 meatballs, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until done (165°F/74°C).
  3. - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté cauliflower for 7-10 minutes until tender.
  4. - Serve 4 meatballs with 1 cup cauliflower per portion warm.
