  2. 4 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

  1. - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. - Season pork chops with oregano, salt, and pepper; cook for 6-8 minutes per side until done (145°F/63°C); remove and set aside.
  3. - Add remaining oil and peppers to skillet, sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
