  2. 8 large lettuce leaves (e.g., romaine)
  3. 2 medium cucumbers, julienned
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  5. 1 teaspoon dried dill

Directions

  1. - In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook chicken with dill, salt, and pepper for 8-10 minutes until done (165°F/74°C).
  2. - Toss cucumbers with remaining oil; spoon chicken and cucumbers into lettuce leaves and roll up.
  3. - Serve 2 wraps per portion warm or chilled.
