Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup marinara sauce (no sugar added)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add beef, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- - Transfer beef mixture to a baking dish, stir in marinara, top with cheese and pepperoni, and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
