  2. 1 cup heavy cream
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and cook for 8-10 minutes per side until done (165°F/74°C); remove and set aside.
  2. - Add remaining oil and cream to the skillet, simmer for 5 minutes until thickened, then return chicken to coat with sauce.
  3. - Serve each thigh with 1/4 cup sauce warm.
