Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini , sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions
- - Preheat grill pan to medium-high heat.
- - Thread chicken, bell peppers, and zucchini onto 8 skewers, alternating ingredients.
- - Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
