Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 apples , shredded
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, season chicken with thyme, salt, and pepper; cook for 6-8 minutes per side until done (165°F/74°C); slice and set aside.
- - In a bowl, mix apples, cabbage, remaining oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to make slaw.
