  1. 1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
  2. 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  3. 1 cup heavy cream
  4. 4 tablespoons butter
  5. 1 onion , chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon garam masala
  7. - Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. - Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add chicken, garam masala, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. - Stir in cream and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened; remove chicken mixture and set aside.
  3. - Add remaining butter and cauliflower to the skillet, cook for 7-10 minutes until tender, then mix with chicken.
  4. - Serve 1 cup per portion warm.
