Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion , chopped
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- - Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, add chicken, garam masala, salt, and pepper; cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- - Stir in cream and simmer for 10 minutes until thickened; remove chicken mixture and set aside.
- - Add remaining butter and cauliflower to the skillet, cook for 7-10 minutes until tender, then mix with chicken.
- - Serve 1 cup per portion warm.
