Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder (plant-based for vegan)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
Directions
- In a medium bowl, heat 1 cup water until warm, sprinkle gelatin over it, and let sit for 5 minutes; stir in remaining water and almond butter until smooth.
- Pour into ramekins and chill for 4 hours until set.
- Serve chilled.
