  1. 4 slices salami
  2. 4 large eggs

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
  2. Cook salami slices until slightly crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side, then remove to a plate.
  3. In the same skillet, crack eggs and fry until yolks are set to preference (sunny-side up or over-easy), about 3-4 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Stack 2 salami slices with 2 eggs on each plate and serve hot.
