  2. 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
  3. 1/4 cup dates, pitted and chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons almonds, chopped
  5. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring almond milk to a gentle boil.
  2. Stir in rolled oats and chopped dates, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until oats are soft, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in cinnamon, and divide into two bowls.
  4. Top each bowl with 1 tablespoon chopped almonds.
  5. Serve warm.
