  1. 1 cup kale, chopped
  2. 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
  3. 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  4. 1 banana , peeled
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine kale, cucumber, almond milk, banana, and lemon juice.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour into two glasses and serve cold.
