Ingredients
- 1 cup kale, chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 banana , peeled
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- In a blender, combine kale, cucumber, almond milk, banana, and lemon juice.
- Blend on high speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour into two glasses and serve cold.
Storage
Best served fresh. Can be refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 1 day; shake before drinking.
