Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 1 apple , cored and chopped
- 1 cucumber , peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- In a juicer, process spinach, apple, and cucumber to extract juice (or blend in a blender and strain through a fine mesh if no juicer).
- Stir in lemon juice.
- Pour into two glasses and serve cold.
Storage
