Gluten-Free Waffle with Strawberries

  4. 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add almond milk and vegetable oil, whisking until smooth.
  3. Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease with oil.
  4. Pour half the batter into the waffle iron, cooking until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes (follow iron instructions).
  5. Repeat with remaining batter to make 2 waffles total.
  6. Serve each waffle warm, topped with 1/2 cup sliced strawberries.
