  1. 1 whole grain flatbread, halved (gluten-free for Gluten-Free tag)
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1 teaspoon za'atar seasoning

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil.
  2. Brush each flatbread half with olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon za'atar seasoning.
  3. Place flatbread halves in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly toasted and aromatic.
  4. Serve warm.
