  2. 1/2 cup zucchini, grated and squeezed dry
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, grated zucchini, salt, and pepper, forming 4 patties.
  2. - In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, and cook patties for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
  3. - Serve 2 patties per portion warm.
