  2. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  3. 4 large lettuce leaves
  4. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. - Spread mayonnaise on each lettuce leaf.
  2. - Layer with turkey slices and cheddar cheese, sprinkle with black pepper.
  3. - Roll up tightly, using 2 leaves per serving, and serve fresh.
