Ingredients

  1. 1 (5-ounce) can tuna in water, drained
  2. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  3. 4 slices whole grain bread
  4. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, flake tuna with a fork, then mix with mayonnaise.
  2. Spread tuna mixture on two slices of bread, top with cheddar cheese, and cover with the remaining slices.
  3. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, and cook sandwiches for 3-4 minutes per side until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
  4. Serve 1 sandwich per portion warm.
