  1. - 1 (4-ounce) can sardines in oil, drained
  2. 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  3. 2 whole grain flatbreads
  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. - Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. - Brush flatbreads with olive oil, top with sardines and olives, and sprinkle with black pepper.
  3. - Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until heated through.
  4. - Serve 1 flatbread per portion warm.
