Ingredients
- 1 (5-ounce) can tuna in water, drained
- 4 slices whole grain bread (gluten-free for Gluten-Free tag)
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, flake tuna with a fork, mix with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Spread tuna mixture evenly over two bread slices.
- Top each with 1/4 cup cucumber slices and remaining bread slices.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Storage
Best served fresh. Store tuna mixture in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; assemble with fresh bread and cucumber before eating.
