Ingredients
- 1 (4-ounce) can sardines in oil, drained
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Directions
- Spread mayonnaise on two slices of bread.
- Flake sardines and layer on the mayonnaise, top with tomato slices, and sprinkle with black pepper.
