  1. 8 ounces steak, thinly sliced
  2. 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  3. 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  4. 4 small tortillas (corn for gluten-free)
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  6. 1 teaspoon fajita seasoning

Directions

  1. - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil, add steak, bell peppers, onion, and fajita seasoning, and cook until steak is browned and veggies are tender, about 8-10 minutes (internal temperature 160°F).
  2. - Warm tortillas in the skillet or microwave.
  3. - Divide steak and veggies between the tortillas, 2 fajitas per portion, and serve warm.
