Ingredients
- 4 ounces sausage links (sugar-free for Keto)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- - In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, add sausage, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 160°F). Remove and slice.
- - In the same skillet, crack eggs and fry for 2-3 minutes until whites are set but yolks are still runny (or to desired doneness).
- - Divide sausage and eggs into two bowls, season with salt and pepper, and serve warm.
Storage
