  2. 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  3. 2 low -carb tortillas
  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. - In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil, add lamb, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 160°F).
  2. - Divide lamb and cucumber between the two tortillas, roll up tightly, and serve fresh.
