Ingredients
- 8 ounces turkey breast, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush turkey with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat remaining olive oil, add broccoli, and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Divide broccoli onto two plates, top each with half the grilled turkey, and serve hot.
Storage
