  1. 8 ounces chicken breast, diced
  2. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  3. 1 cup celery, diced
  4. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. - In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil, add chicken, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 165°F).
  2. - In a medium bowl, mix cooked chicken with Greek yogurt and celery.
  3. - Divide into two bowls and serve fresh.
