  1. 8 ounces steak, thinly sliced
  2. 2 large eggs
  3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. - In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil, add steak, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 160°F). Remove steak and set aside.
  2. - In the same skillet, crack eggs and fry for 2-3 minutes until whites are set but yolks are still runny (or to desired doneness).
  3. - Serve steak with a fried egg on top, 1 plate per portion, warm.
