Ingredients
- 8 ounces chicken breast, diced
- 2 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
- - In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil, add chicken, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes (internal temperature 165°F).
